また、保護者の方の同意があっても、以下のご利用はできません。

This service requires advance payment. After your reservation is confirmed, please pay by one of the following methods.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a payment link, which you can use to easily complete the payment process from your smartphone or PC.

💰 For those who wish to pay in cash
Generally, we do not accept cash payments.
If you absolutely wish to pay in cash, please contact us in advance. We will be flexible in our response.
❌ Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
・Cancellation fee (for the usage fee)
Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance are free of charge
14 to 6 days before the date of use: 30%
From 5 days to the day before the date of use: 50%
On the day of use: 100%
*Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change the date and time.
*If you wish to cancel due to bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances, we will discuss it with you individually.
💳 Refund Policy
Refunds after payment will be handled according to the following policy.
🔁 Refunds for cancellations
In accordance with our cancellation policy, we will refund the remaining amount minus any applicable cancellation fees.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer, and bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
🧤Cancellation due to butler's circumstances
In the unlikely event that the butler is unable to provide service due to circumstances on his/her side (sudden illness, accident, unforeseen circumstances, etc.), we will take the following measures.

If you wish, we will refund your full usage fee.
📝 Important Notice
In the case of a refund, we will make the payment via bank transfer. Bank transfer fees will be borne by our company.
If you would like to provide alternative staff, we will do our best to accommodate you.
However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to unavoidable circumstances such as sudden illness or natural disasters.
In order to avoid causing any inconvenience to you, we will thoroughly manage your health and schedule in advance.
Above all else, we value our customers' trust and will serve you with sincerity.
❗Non-refundable cases
Please note that, as a general rule, we will not be able to provide refunds in the following cases:
Cancellation on the day (100% cancellation fee)
Refunds due to dissatisfaction after service provided
Cancellation without notice (cancellation on the day without contacting us)

After confirmation, we will refund your payment to your designated account within 10 business days.

🌹About fees
This service requires a minimum of two hours . Enjoy a luxurious time with your butler, who will serve you just for you.
The fees are as follows:
・Basic fee (per butler)
1 hour: 16,500 yen (tax included)
*Minimum use of 2 hours starts from 33,000 yen (tax included)
*Extension fee: 8,250 yen (tax included) for every 30 minutes
*Basically up to 5 hours. Please contact us for longer stays.
*Basic service area (Tokyo)
For requests within Tokyo, we will also charge you the actual cost of public transportation (starting from 1,000 yen).
🗺 Business trip coverage areas & price examples
Area call fee (tax included) (per butler)
・Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba (major cities) 2,000 yen ~ Varies depending on desired location
・Other areas in the Kanto region: from 5,000 yen (negotiable)
・For destinations beyond Kanto (Kansai, Chubu, etc.), please contact us separately . Transportation and accommodation costs are included.
✨Number of people you can accompany
Basically, one butler can accommodate up to three ladies and husbands.
・Additional charges for the second and subsequent accompanying persons
If there are more than two ladies/husbands, an additional fee of **11,000 yen (tax included) per person per hour** will be charged.
・🥂 Birthday parties, corporate events, etc.
We also accept requests for events where large numbers of people gather.
Depending on the content and scale of the event, we can dispatch multiple butlers.
